We're based on Brixton Road in Kennington Business Park. Enter through the main gate and keep walking towards the front building called Canterbury Court, we are on the ground floor. ATTENTION: our entrance is a level below the "Main Reception" of Canterbury Court (lower ground floor). Our door is exactly below the main reception door.

To find us go down the small staircase on the left hand side of the building as you face it. Alternatively for disabled access or if riding a bike, go down the car park to the right side of the building as you face it and turn sharp left. You will see cycle storage, keep walking alongside of it and you will find our entrance. If you have a bike, just bring it inside.

If your are visiting us on weekends or weekday evening after 6pm, please ring the bell on the left hand side of the Brixton Road gate to let yourself in.

BY CAR

UNIT3 STUDIOS is on Google Maps, however the best way to park in site is to drive through the main gate on Brixton Road or if visiting in the evening please drive through the gate on Cranmer Road.

Pay By Phone parking on site is available 24/7. Charges are between £6-£20 depending on the stay time. Free parking is available on weekends and after 7pm on Cranmer Road or Prima Road.

BY BUS

Bus routes 3, 415, N3, 59, 133, 159, N109 and N133 will drop you outside the Business Centre.

BY TRAIN

We're just two minutes walk from Oval tube, eight minutes from Kennington tube and ten minutes from Vauxhall station.
