Bookings

All bookings must be paid for in advance and are only confirmed with UNIT3 STUDIOS when:

• a full payment has been received
• the hirer has received a confirmation email

No bookings will be accepted till payment is received and signed copy of studio hire terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If the Studio Hire is cancelled more than 61 days in advance, we will process a full refund to the client.

If the Studio Hire is cancelled between 60-30 days prior to the Hire date, a 50% refund will be issued.

If the Studio Hire is cancelled between 29-15 days prior the Hire date, a 25% refund will be issued.

If the Studio Hire is cancelled  14 days or less prior to the booking, there won’t be any refund from UNIT3.

A reschedule free of charge up to 14days prior the scheduled booking is possible, subject to Studio availability & within a window the next 90 days from the first day of the original scheduled booking.

UNIT3 properly and reasonably reserves the right to cancel or terminate wholly or in part any booking at any time and for any reason including, but not limited to, the following: (a) If the Client becomes bankrupt or insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership; (b) If the Client is more than 14 days in arrears in respect of payments due to the Studio in respect of previous and/or current bookings or part(s) thereof; (c) If the booking might, in UNIT3's reasonable opinion, prejudice the reputation of the Studio or UNIT3; (d) If the behavior of the Client or Guests (whether as individuals or as a group) is deemed, in UNIT3's reasonable opinion, to be unacceptable; (e) Partial termination could result in a number of Guests being asked to leave the Venue; (f) If the activity of the Client or Guests (whether as individuals or as a group) breaches Fire/Health and Safety or any legislation in any way or deemed unsafe for staff, performers or public; and (g) Any such amendment/cancellation/termination shall be without prejudice to any right of action of the Studio or UNIT3 in respect of non-payment or any breach of the terms and conditions.
