Elena PlescencoCo - Founder & Director, Professional Dancer, Dance Choreographer and Event Organiser at Flow Dance London & Wedding Dance London
Elena is a trilingual Londoner of Russian origin and had her first dance lesson at primary school when she fell in love with the art of Ballroom & Latin. Throughout her career as competitive dancer she achieved numerous titles of National and International value. These titles include several times Moldovan and Portuguese National Champion, Winner of Portugal Dance Awards, Finalists of Rising Star UK Open Latin American Championships, Blackpool Festival and Professional Latin International Championships and in the best 30 Latin American dancers in the world.
Having trained with the world’s finest teachers, Elena has a deep knowledge of fundamental technique, artistry, and movement of Ballroom & Latin dancing. As a dance teacher and choreographer, she has extensive experience with all levels starting from complete beginners to advanced competitors.

Carlos CustodioCo - Founder & Director, Professional Dancer, Dance Choreographer and Event Organiser at Flow Dance London & Wedding Dance London
Carlos is of Portuguese origin and had his first dance lesson at primary school. Never looked back and throughout his career as Ballroom&Latin competitive dancer he achieved numerous titles of National and International value.
Having trained with the world’s finest teachers, Carlos has a deep knowledge of fundamental technique, artistry, and movement of Ballroom&Latin dancing. As a dance teacher, he has extensive experience with all levels starting from complete beginners to advanced competitors.
Leading Flow Dance London, teaching dancing, choreographing dance shows and organizing and running events is now Carlos' passion and main occupation.

Monica was born in Colombia and raised in Italy, before moving to London alone at the age of nineteen to pursue her career in dance. Monica's training started at the age of ten at the choreographic lab Yaje under the direction of Romina Masi. She enjoys learning and performing many different styles. She was Ballet trained by Fabiana Fratoni while taking classes of Contemporary Fusion and Oriental Dances with Romina Masi and attending numerous workshops with well known artists such as Lindsay Kemp. Monica studied at Kingston University and achieved BA (Hons) Degree in Dance. Whilst at university she has had the opportunity to do a work placement with "Beyond Repair Dance" Company and has volunteered for MOVE IT Dance 2019. This is part of the professional development process to gain experience in administration and management jobs in the creative industry. During her studies she also developed a particular interest in dance science and medicine and did research on how general sport and fitness, and more specifically dance can be beneficial and therapeutic for the body and the mind. She has performed for audiences in both Italy and England and has taught classes to a range of age groups covering different styles of dance. Outside of work Monica enjoys travelling and learning dances from different cultures, she also enjoys organising different kinds of activities and helping people around her.

Emma stepped into the Ballroom and Latin world at the age of 4 back in her home country Bulgaria. Since than dancing became her passion and a way of living. Throughout her competitive career Emma participated in many national competitions and some of her biggest achievements include Bulgarian Vice Champion in Ballroom and Latin Dancing twice. She also has experience with choreographing for one of the biggest European Song Contents - Eurovision. Emma's constant desire to grow and develop as a dancer led her to explore many other dance styles like Salsa, Bachata, American Smooth/Rhythm, Hustle , West Coast Swing and etc. She has been teaching children and adults for the last 6 years from beginners to more advance level and she believes to be a good teacher you should be truly committed to the goals of your students. Emma's aim as a teacher is to bring joy in her students life and make them happier through the art of dancing as well as maximise their dance potential. She is ready to share her passion and knowledge about dancing and all of her positive energy with everyone in Flow Dance.
Marius is a professional Ballroom and Latin dancer / dance instructor whom discovered his passion for this art at an early age. His commitment to intensive training and continued education in his passion resulted in him achieving numerous titles as National Champion of Moldova. He is proud of his ongoing International Dance Competition involvement. Marius has an extensive portfolio of teaching all age groups both in social and competitive environments. ProAm and show-dance in private lessons, group classes and workshops.“Dancing is a reflection of your personality in your real life”
Marius's continually growing passion for dance and art drove him to London searching for deeper understanding of this art form, where he found Flow Dance London and collaborates in group classes, private lessons, professional partnering, and show-dance.

Coming from a creative and artistic background Natasha Moss has always had a passion for dance.
She achieved scholarship training in India's most prestigious Dance Company where she went on to excel as a performer and teacher, performing in Bollywood films and at numerous events ranging from weddings to fashion shows. Her skills include Ballet, Bollywood, Belly dance and Ballroom and Latin dance.
Her desire to further grow as a dancer led her to relocate to London where she now shares her love for dance through performimg and teaching. She believes that with the right teaching, and a bit of patience, anyone can learn to dance, to matter how many left feet they think they have!
Natasha Moss is available for private instruction as well as performances and events.

Zsolt is a professional latin and ballroom dancer from Hungary. He has been dancing for over 20 years and continues to improve himself by participating in national and international competitions. He holds the Hungarian Latin showdance national champion title and has competed in over 28 countries around the world at the highest level. He has experience teaching students from their first step on the dance floor to competitive dancers. Zsolt is ready to share his knowledge and passion for dancing with greater emphasis in coordination, technique and styling. Available for Group Classes and Private Lessons
